Key Tasks:

• Pre-sales technical support on heat exchangers in food industry, not limited to designs/technical solutions, technical clarifications, seminars, new application development, bidding documents, and complex order execution.
• After-sales technical support, e.g., trouble shooting, customer claim.
• Build up and maintain P&A platform, including value selling materials, case stories, references, design guidelines etc.
• Routine communication with central BU, product managers, and factory on product customization, optimization and portfolio expansion etc.
• Conduct internal and external trainings.
• Collect information of competitor products.
• Other sales support work when necessary.

Competence, experience and attitudes to do the job

• 5+ years of working experience within food industry (eg. Dairy, beverage, brewery). Process & engineering experience or know-how on plate heat exchangers are preferred.  
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, eg. food science & engineering, dairy engineering, biological engineering, fermentation engineering, chemical engineering.
• Solid communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent oral and written English
