Job Responsibilities and Duties
As a Project Manager at Alfa Laval, you’ll be at the heart of driving innovation and progress. Your role will be pivotal in planning, executing, and reporting on project milestones, all while inspiring and engaging your team to achieve outstanding results. You’ll ensure every project aligns with our high standards for quality, timelines, and budget.
This is your chance to lead exciting and impactful assignments that include the industrialization of cutting-edge products, strategic equipment investments, and improvements to both processes and products. With projects varying in size and complexity, you’ll take on a diverse range of challenges, focusing on our production unit for Brazed & Fusion Bonded Heat Exchangers (BHE/FHE) in Ronneby.

Your Profile
The role requires:
A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Economics or equivalent competence acquired through practical experience.
Previous experience working as a deputy project manager and/or project manager within the industry.
Proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Experience in production technical development work.
Experience and/or knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
