Who you are:

Lead project team to develop new, or optimize old processes, result in solid standard process to contribute on ERP and Lean Digital factory

  • Join the R&D NPD project in early state and all gates reviews, involve the manufacture process for NPD product, and share the DFM&DFA requirement at the beginning of the NPD project
  • Develop solid production preparation and schedule process with function teams, start from sales order receiving, define supply scope, maintain material list, master data set up including BOM and routing, establish master production schedule based on workload analysis and breakdown to monthly/weekly/daily plan for production execution. Make sure efficient transferring from a sales order into daily operation plans and working orders.
  • Cooperate with Digitalisation project, to realize digitalization of production preparation and schedule.
  • Cooperate with BU project team for Operations to Non-Operations Process Integration project, to enhance process efficiency and integration across the organization.

Actively work with internal stakeholders in Operation, Sales Units, Business Units and Product Groups.

About the job:

  • Lead the project for TAO new process development.
  • Lead to streamline workflows, eliminate waste, use possible digital systems or tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency in production preparation and schedule.
  • Participate in TAO ERP and Digitalisation forum and contribute.
  • Work cross functionally within TAO to collect and connect ideas and projects.
  • Establish and standardize the manufacture process between support functions and manage all processes in Framework (QMS) system
  • Overlook and build KPI for process efficiency and accuracy, secure customer order delivery on time.
  • Power BI utilisation.
  • Secure consistency between all projects.

Expectations & Responsibilities:

  • Align overall order preparation, planning and operation process towards factory goals and KPI’s.
  • Communication and coordination with internal TAO and external AL stakeholders .
  • Facilitate production preparation and schedule meetings to align all stakeholders on process engineering, priorities and schedule changes.

Actively look for new ideas to continuous improve the process from order receiving till order delivery

What you know:

  • Be a result driven project manager to lead the cross function process optimization.
  • Good moderation skill in driving cross function workshops for process mapping.
  • Be open and communicative.

  • Have a strategic perspective.
  • Have ability to create overview.

Process knowledge:

  • Manufacture technical, supply chain,  ERP, MPS, MES

Qualifications & experience:

  • Bachelor degree or above, mechanical, production or planning equivalent experience. 
  • 10 - 15 years of experience from production/manufacturing company out of which minimum 4-5 years experience in process engineering, production scheduling, or project management within a discrete manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with PLM/PDM and MES systems
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Microsoft D365 preferred) and advanced planning tools, deep practical knowledge of engineering drawings, BOMs, routings, capacity planning, and production scheduling.
  • Leadership skills and project work experience.
  • Expert in data analysis, process mapping, and optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Fluent oral & written English.
