About the job:
Main purpose of the job / Mission:
- Project implementation and management: manage project to be executed on time, within budget and with quality to the satisfaction of the customer successfully, controlling in accordance with PROMAL (AlfaLaval’ s project methodology) to reach desired outcome.
- Risk management: manage project risks and work out/follow up mitigation plan with stakeholders.
- Management of project team: motivation and supervision of the team members, holding regular team meetings, and communication with customers and suppliers.
- Reports/Communicates to PMO and/or Steering Committee.
- New product introduction.
- New process introduction. (for example, supply chain localization project)
- Management of Capex project. (fixed asset investment project)
Key tasks:
Project management:
- Setup project specification target and baseline, manage project on time, on specification and on budget.
- Be responsible for managing all aspects of a project over the entire life of the project by following Project Phases (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing).
- Be responsible as interface with all areas affected by the project, ensuring successful integration of all project work products.
- Be responsible to balance the competing demands of scope, time, and cost. (known as the “triple constraint”)
- Periodically review and manage project risks according to mitigation plan with stakeholders.

Project coordination:
- Set working guidelines for project team members to resolve issues in each function.
- Coordinate and communicate any abnormal situations during the execution of project orders.
- Coordinate and collect resources to optimize project or procedure efficiency to support factory.
- Working as contact window to coordinate internal resource related to operation.
Others:
- Reports and data analysis about project.
- CBA cost benefit analysis.
- Other related work tasks arranged by the supervisor.
- Periodically review project progress or milestones and organize project meeting.
- Preparing reports and communicate to PMO and/or SteCo, ensure management team has full understanding and control of the project.
What you know:
Knowledge and skills:
- Strong HSE and Compliance mindset.
- Demonstrate high levels of interpersonal communication skills with the ability to impact and influence others.
- Strong experience in implementation of sustainability project and project identification skills
- Be a strong team leader developing teamwork, cooperation, and relationship building.
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem solving by using conceptual thinking.
- Exhibit high levels of self-control, self-confidence, and flexibility.
- At least three years Project Management experience.
- Preferred PMP-certification.
- Preferred engineering or related technical field.
- Bachelor of Project Management or Engineering.
- Fluent written and oral English required.
- Skills on planning tool -Project is a plus.
- Good logic capability, such as data analysis, statistics, and collection. Excellent in excel and PPT.
- Preferred master Power BI.
- Finance knowledge CBA cost benefit analysis skills for project.
- Work in an international environment and open minded for corporation with stakeholders from difference country/culture.
- Lean Production knowledge and 6 sigma is a plus.
- Customs knowledge and international trading regulation preferred.
