About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Government Relations Management:

    • Maintain and expand resources with relevant government departments and industry associations.

    • Understand and research government management ideas and policy dynamics.

    • Assist in handling crisis emergency events.

  • Policy Research and Analysis:

    • Timely acquisition and interpretation of policies at all levels of the state, and provide targeted suggestions.

    • Participate in policy research to support the company's strategic decision-making.

  • Project Proposal and Execution:

    • Independently organize and complete various project proposals.

    • Seek and create opportunities for cooperation between enterprises and the government, strive for positive publicity opportunities for the enterprise.

  • Public-Private Cooperation:

    • Seek and create opportunities for cooperation between enterprises and the government, enhance the enterprise's awareness and brand image at the relevant government levels.

    • Responsible for the coordination, preparation, implementation, and follow-up of government inspections, exchanges, and reports at all levels.

  • Qualification Applications and Government Honors:

    • Responsible for qualification applications, government honors, and project proposals.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in government affairs, with experience in multinational companies or large enterprises is preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Public Affairs, Political Science, International Relations, or related fields is preferred.

  • Familiar with government operations, organizational structure, and procedures.

  • Possess certain government resources, able to work independently.

  • Flexible and efficient communication, resource integration, organizational coordination, and rapid learning abilities.

  • Strong stress resistance, able to adapt to frequent travel (more than 50%).

  • Excellent written and oral English and Chinese communication skills.
