We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Service division Manager in Türkiye. As Service Division Manager, you will have the opportunity to drive strategic growth, lead a passionate team, and enhance customer satisfaction through best-in-class service operations. This is a key leadership position that directly influences how we support and grow our customer relationships in a fast-evolving market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the division’s business strategy and planning in alignment with the overall Sales Company strategy and objectives
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to inform and adapt strategic and operational plans
  • Drive sales growth and business development by implementing Business Unit strategies and sales plans within approved operating budgets
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor performance against financial targets and business objectives
  • Actively contribute to the Sales Company (SC) management team, supporting cross-functional collaboration and strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with both local and central business units within AL to ensure alignment and effectiveness in the assigned business area
  • Lead the team by setting direction, managing performance, and ensuring alignment with the divisional strategy
  • Plan, allocate, and optimize resources to maximize performance and leverage synergies across teams and functions
  • Lead change management initiatives to respond effectively to evolving market demands and opportunities

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in international companies, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with a proven track record in driving sales and service success
  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors is a plus
  • A strategic, hands-on leader with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • And finally, you’re fluent in both English and Turkish
