• Planning and coordination of internal service requests with customers, Field Service Engineers and/or external service providers.
• Daily management of Field Service Engineer's work schedules optimizing resources, travel activities, balancing workload and utilizing Field Service Engineers according to their area of expertise.
• Ensure that jobs are executed with high customer focus, in a timely manner and according to local prioritization criteria.
• Execution of pre-mobilizataion safety checks with customers according to global standards
• Control Field Service order backlog and ensure consistent flow of relevant information from Field Service to Customer Service allowing for timely customer invoicing.
• Administration of Service Agreements
• Monitoring of special tools, certifications, work permits and vaccinations.
