About the job
As our new Student Assistant in the Sourcing department, you will play a key role in supporting the optimization of procurement processes while ensuring structure and compliance across our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Analyzing and structuring spend data.
Building a commodity structure.
Ensuring compliance with internal processes.
Developing and maintaining a KPI structure.
Structuring and achieving tenders and contracts.
Creating and maintaining cost-out projects and reporting achieved savings.
Managing minor tenders.
Exploring opportunities for implementing e-sourcing in daily operations.
You will gain insight into strategic procurement and sourcing in a global company and work on tasks that create real value.
About you
You have strong analytical skills and feel comfortable working with data, approaching challenges with a keen eye for detail. An interest in procurement processes and digital tools will be considered an advantage, helping you excel in our sourcing environment.
Required Qualifications
You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
You are familiar with Excel and preferably other analytical tools.
You possess strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
