About the Job
As a Supply & Operations Planning Manager for spare parts in our Business Unit High Speed Separators (BU HSS), your main responsibility will be to manage the Supply & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for our products. Your daily tasks will include leading and organizing the S&OP process, doing monthly product reviews and quarterly segmentation to set service level targets and optimize inventory, and keeping track of inventory levels to ensure efficient supply planning.
You will evaluate planning decisions and suggest improvements, support with forecasting, and inventory performance to prevent stock-outs, and coordinate information within our Global Service team. You will work closely with supply chain planning specialists, sourcing teams, and other departments. You will analyze data for product review meetings, support global projects, and investigate issues to find solutions. You will also lead demand planning efforts across relevant business units, prepare and facilitate decision-making processes, and manage the entire S&OP process with a focus on continuous improvement. Additionally, you will establish processes for this new role within Business Unit High Speed Separators.
The position is based in Stockholm, and you will report to the Global Service Product Support Manager.
Who you are
You are a motivated and capable professional who makes good decisions and leads others effectively. You are skilled at managing projects and networking in a global organization, and you work independently towards set targets. You focus on optimizing processes and achieving results. As a leader, you take ownership of tasks and projects and handle a wide range of responsibilities efficiently.
You have a strong business sense and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You are knowledgeable about supply chain and purchasing processes and experienced in reporting and data analysis with strong analytical skills. You are organized and open to new ideas, and confident in presenting strategies and plans to stakeholders and management. Furthermore, to succeed in this position, we expect you have:
2+ years of experience in a similar setting
A degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a relevant field
Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
