What's the job?
We are looking for a Talent acquisition partner to strengthen our ability to attract and hire the right talent across the organization. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager South & Central Europe, you will primarily support recruitment activities in Italy and Greece, while also partnering with hiring managers across other European countries based on business priorities.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business, helping managers attract, assess and hire the right talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. You will combine hands-on recruitment delivery with proactive sourcing, talent pipelining, market intelligence and employer branding activities to support both current and future hiring needs.
You will thrive in a dynamic, international and matrix organization, collaborating closely with HR, business leaders and Talent Acquisition colleagues across Europe.
Your role
Drive high-quality recruitment delivery: Own and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, with a focus on quality, consistency, and a strong candidate experience. Lead hiring for roles where the requirements are complex or the talent market is competitive.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define recruitment strategies and drive successful hiring outcomes.
Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and continuous market mapping.
Use recruitment data, dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance, identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Conduct talent market research and provide insights to support workforce planning and hiring decisions.
Support and actively contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruitment events and talent attraction campaigns.
Collaborating closely with the European TA team to harmonize processes and support cross‑regional hiring needs.
What you know
An experience in Talent Acquisition, working closely with the business on a variety of roles
Proven ability to manage recruitment processes in complex or fast-paced environments
Good understanding of sourcing strategies, assessment methods, and recruitment tools
A passion for employer branding and talent attraction.
A data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage metrics and insights to improve results.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with ATS (Workday a plus), LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools.
Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken, is required. Proficiency in another language is a plus.

We rely on market indicators to determine compensation and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to get it right. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary and will also be dependent on your location. The starting base salary for this role is 34.000€, CCNL METALWORKING.
