Who you are:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Manager to join our ERP program, ensuring the successful implementation of multiple template-based Microsoft D365 projects. The Test Manager will oversee all test activities across a portfolio of roll-out projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies, coordinating various phases of testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Test Manager will report directly to the Program Manager, providing regular progress updates and addressing any issues that may impact project timelines and quality.

About the job:

Develop and Implement Test Strategy:

• Create a replicable and comprehensive test strategy to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Define and maintain test plans aligned with project milestones and business objectives.

Manage Testing Activities:

• Coordinate all phases of testing, including SIT, UAT, and Performance Testing.
• Oversee and participate in functional, regression, performance, and UAT efforts to validate the ERP solution.

Collaborate with Rollout Teams:

• Work closely with the different rollout teams to define test requirements, develop test cases, prepare test data, and prioritize testing activities.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams for seamless test execution and defect management.

Monitor and Report Progress:

• Track and report on testing and release progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Analyze test results and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Identifyissues and risks impacting project timelines and quality and adress these promptly.

Defect Management:

• Implement and manage a defect tracking process, ensuring efficient logging, prioritization, and resolution
• Conduct root cause analysis for critical defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:

• Apply best practices in testing and quality assurance to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Set and enforce QA standards and best practices across the rollout portfolio.
• Ensure a structured test approach by shifting left and maintaining the test strategy and test life cycle

What you know:

• Test Management: Proven experience in leading and managing test activities for complex IT projects, particularly ERP implementations. Familiarity with Microsoft D365 projects is advantageous.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and quality assurance.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear conveyance of technical information to stakeholders
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify, address, and resolve testing issues and challenges promptly.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
