About the job

•与项目经理或工程师进行交接：包括图纸及技术要求，时间进度，材料清单等；

•工作准备：包括场地、材料、工具等；

•按照ALFALAVAL工作程序和焊接要求组装模块；

•按照ALFALAVAL定额工时要求完成组装；

•将组装过程中发现的问题及时反馈项目经理或项目工程师，并在持续改进系统里登记、跟踪，直到问题解决；

•组装过程中和完成后，对质量进行检查并按要求完成酸洗，水试等工作，直到项目交付项目经理或项目工程师；

•负责包箱工作的质量检查；

•负责客户现场的安装指导；

•按时完成分管设备的定期安全检查工作；

•工作中严格执行和遵守HES（健康，环境，安全）的管理规定；

•完成临时安排的工作。

What you know

Knowledge and skills:

•Major in Welding Technology

焊接技术

•3+related working experience as argon welding, At least 1 year working experience in sanitary fluid equipment (piping)

3年以上氩弧焊接工作经验，至少1年卫生级流体设备（管道）工作经验；

•Familiar with the requirements of sanitary equipment in food production

熟悉食品生产对卫生级设备的要求

•Familiar with the assemble requirements of pharmaceutical industry or sanitary fluid equipment, ASME BPE background is a plus

熟悉制药和卫生级流体设备的安装要求，有ASME BPE焊接背景更佳

•Endoscope is a must in daily operation

内窥镜检查是日常工作的必须项

•Preparation of Welding Documentation is preferred

会焊接文件制作优先

•Customer Service Awareness, Strong Communication and Coordination Ability

有客户服务意识，较强的沟通和协调能力

•Accept business trips

能接受出差
