Vacancy for Executive Order to Cash
The purpose of this job is to provide direct support to customers in handling Standard Orders throughout the order to cash process (from customer order to Invoicing) and keep the customers updated on deliveries. Our Way to market is through Channels. Channels include Distributors, Integrators & Global Key accounts. Therefore, complete ownership is expected from “Order to Execution / Cash”. While it also includes communication to channel managers, who are face to customers and with operations for all the sales & operations-related transactions

The position / About the Job:
In this job the Executive Order to Cash would be responsible for:
Manage the order to cash process for Standard/ Nonstandard Orders, from the order acceptance to invoicing (Order fulfillment, Ordering Equipment, Parts & Technical expertise, Monitoring sales price , Warehousing, Order Shipping and Customer Invoicing).
Customer support during the process: Order Entry, Order acceptance (OC), communication to channels regarding OC, order status, delivery date. Weekly updates on pending orders.
Backlog and WIP maintenance.
Claims & Free Supply OA administration.
Coordination with cross functional teams (Sales, Operations, Technical Support Team, Warehouse etc.)
Complete ownership for customer communication.
Who you are
Knowledge / Qualification:
B.E. / B. Tech Mechanical or Chemical
Skills:
Fluent written and spoken English.
2 – 5 Years of experience in Order handling
Attitude:
Structured and systematic approach.
Orientation on high quality and standards of work results.
Team player with good communication and negotiation skills.
Eager to share knowledge and experience with others.
Customer-orientation and effective in cooperation.
Self-driven and responsible also for others.
