Energy and Food&Water (After Sales & Capital Sales ) Divisions are looking for a Project Execution Manager located in Monza Site.
Management Level: Team Leader
Reporting to Service Division Manager

What about the job
- Management of Project orders with medium/high complexity or Service Agreement
- Lead and manage a team of Project Managers to ensure project tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This includes hiring,training and tracking team performance
- Facilitate lean daily management, promote initiatives to create Lean culture
- Develop and implement project plans, set goals, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate project meetings and follow up on issues
- Maintain clear communication with team members, stakeholders, and other departments. Encourage input and contributions from all team members
- Trouble shooting management during warranty period.
- Make informed decisions, solve problems as they arise, and take responsibility for the outcomes of those decisions
- Set and monitor the objectives for the team according with the Sales Company targets.Assign tasks as per project needs inside the team
- Assign projects to keep workload balanced inside the team
- Develop, motivate and coach direct reports to secure the development of relevant competencies supporting their professional development.
What you know
- Mechanical engineering degree or similar.
- At least 5 years’ experience as Project Engineer/Technical Project Manager in “Process” industry (pumps, heat exchangers, valves, filters, etc.) with multi-disciplinary competences (Process, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Automation).
- Hands on experience using advanced continuous improvement methods (Lean / TPM / Six Sigma / DMAIC) both as a team member and team leader
- Competent in Lean Six Sigma (minimum on Green Belt level)
- Good spoken and written English
