About the Role

As a Field Sales Engineer, you will drive the sale of Alfa Laval aftermarket parts and service solutions across Finland, supporting the Food & Water Division. Your mission is to build strong, value-driven relationships with both existing and new customers, ensuring proactive service support and securing long-term growth in the region.

  • Conclude direct sales of Alfa Laval after sales products and services
  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of our service offering
  • Collaborate with capital sales teams to grow the Food & Water business in Finland
  • Develop value-based quotes that reflect customer requirements and unique selling points
  • Use CRM and digital sales tools consistently to manage leads and support decision-making
  • Execute your activities in line with the local business plan to drive profitable growth
  • Traveling for customer visits across Finland, approximately 40 to 60 travel days per year, with the position based in Espoo

What You Know

You are proactive, data-driven, and customer-focused. You enjoy working both face-to-face and digitally with customers and are comfortable navigating internal and external stakeholders.

  • 2 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in after-sales or service
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to understand customer pain points and needs
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, and digital sales practices
  • Fluent in Finnish and English, spoken and written; Swedish is a plus

The position is based in Espoo, Alfa Laval’s Finnish headquarters, where a close-knit team of experts works in tandem across divisions to serve a broad customer base.
