The Role
Alfa Laval has successfully built a global HR service center in Krakow, streamlining our processes to ensure efficient and effective total HR delivery, with a strong focus on digital transformation.
We're seeking an accomplished and driven professional to join our team in a senior-level role that requires proven experience and demands accountability for key operational outcomes. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating, creating content, and delivering HR tools-related training. You will report to the Global HR Shared Service Center Manager in Krakow.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Assessing HR Tools (i.e., Workday, Docebo) related training needs for new and existing employees.
Facilitating, coordinating, and administrating HR tools-related training, as well as supporting participants to navigate the learning materials.
Serving as a trusted advisor on training methods and evaluating content effectiveness.
Supporting HR colleagues with locally delivered HR tools-related training.
Ensuring that training materials are edited and updated.
Creating training content related to HR tools release changes and ongoing developments and adjustments to the tools.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for the best learning solutions and strategies.
Updating relevant pages on our intranet (SharePoint) and HR collaboration community in relation to HR Tools training.
Providing data analytics and training statistics.
Our Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience required.
HR process knowledge and experience from working in an international environment.
Experience in training content creation.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience using Workday.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools.
Proactive, curious, and willing to learn, develop, and take own responsibility to deliver excellent service and support.
Spoken and written fluency in English.
