About the job
You will be a part of Heat Exchanger capital sales team that focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience during each interaction. You will be responsible for selling Alfa Laval Heat Exchanger products within hygienic applications (includes Dairy, Food and Beverages, Brewery, Pharma, & etc) in Food & Water division for South East Asia region. You will provide direct technical support to channel partners and end customers on technical quotations and support (including sizing, selection).
Job Description
Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Product and services;
Nurture Qualified Leads and convert them to orders
Be active in the market and focus on inside customer interactions, but including some visits, focusing on customer needs understanding and delivery the value of our products and services,
Develop technical and value quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points and follow up,
Actively follow up the quote in order to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it is matching the customer needs.
Provide direct support to customer during the quotation process with advanced technical support (including sizing & selection).
Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions
Support Sales team members with related information, as required.
What You Know
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 2 years of working experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply!
Knowledge of Alfa Laval products would be an advantage, but not essential.
Experience of selling engineered products and solutions would be an advantage.
Ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Good Commands in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office
