About the job
Your future colleagues work in different functions within the Business Process Management and Quality, Health, Safety and Environment team. The focus for the internship will be to improve the processes and awareness levels on Health and Safety in a global setting which covers e.g. Denmark, The Netherlands, Brazil, Rauma and China. The focus will be on safety culture for both the colleagues working at back-office factories and sites.
You will in this internship get the opportunity to support; awareness levels, establish forums, create structures, automate processes, drive campaigns, and establish continuous improvement. All this will be in close collaboration with the Global Health and Safety Driver.
The overall goal is to establish and sustain a strong and collaborative health & safety connection across sites in BU HGS, where we utilize the corporate toolbox, share best practices, and drive global initiatives. While performing these tasks, you will have the possibility of forming a semester project (if applicable) in parallel with the day-to-day work.

What you know
We expect you to speak and write English fluently, but we are curious to explore different educational backgrounds and areas of specialization. Maybe you are studying a bachelor or master level education within management engineering, marketing and communication, project management or other suitable backgrounds. You could be an expert in managing lean initiative in a production environment to improve efficiency, safety and reduce waste. You could have experience within mental health and ergonomics in the modern workplace, be a strong communicator with a creative toolbox on how to catch people’s attention or even have experience within Safety and know specific methods to improve overall safety in various environments. The possibilities within the Health and Safety area are endless.
