Who you are:
- Day-to-day management of the local project in terms of resource allocation, planning, updating logbooks and other classic PM tasks (together with the branch PM, rollout PM and the TMO rep)
- Coordinate communication to project members and stakeholders together with rollout PM and the change and communication responsible
- Build and foster strong collaboration and trusted relation between One ERP and local resources
- Secure alignment and status with branch and One ERP management
TASKS
- Track deliverables
- Steer/align with One ERP Project manager
- Stakeholder communication
- Risk and issue tracking and develop mitigation plans
- Provide status and progress reports to One ERP Project Manager
- Take part in establishing and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules in close collaboration with the project team
- Assist in the local management of resource forecast and capacity planning
- Ensure proper project documentation using One ERP and other One ERP templates
- Planning and booking meetings that are not part of the weekly schedule

- Take part in the following topics:
- Pre-study workshops
- Sprint content creation/Planning
- Financial reporting
- Scope and Project description
REALIZATION
- Ensure:
- Tracks are making progress
- Remove impediments for tracks
- Issues and risks are identified
- Participate in sprint planning
- Communicate progress regularly
- Escalate issues/decisions to local management
CLOSURE
- Ensure that open issues are identified and communicated to OneERP
- Participate in lessons learned
- Handover to ERP-officer
What you know:
PROJECT MANAGEMENT KNOWLEDGE
Have a good knowledge of project management. It's beneficial if they have understanding of the business processes and the people at site but it's not mandatory.
COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION SKILLS
Be able to communicate clearly and engage with local stakeholders. Together with stakeholders inspire and motivate key users.
IT SKILLS
-High level understanding of IT and/or processes is beneficial, but project management skills to be able to lead and manage are as important
- Leadership skill - motivate, guide, structure and delegate work to team members
- Well founded experience in project management of business transformation projects
- Strong understanding of the local organization, processes and IT components with the specific legal entity
- Used to communicating at all levels in a global company and facilitate meetings and workshops regularly
- Ability to orchestrate multiple tasks and deliverables with short deadlines
- Preferable experience from other ERP transformation projects
