Together, we’re pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water and shipping.
As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.
Role Overview:
As the Product Owner for Reporting, Consolidation, and Treasury, you’ll create a valuable collaboration between business and technology, ensuring that our financial systems meet business needs in a sustainable way. You will work closely with finance stakeholders, end users, and IT teams to ensure our financial systems meet their needs and drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing tasks, driving development, and collaborating with both internal and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery.
This is a permanent position based in Lund, Sweden, where the hiring manager and the team are located. For the right candidate, we can also consider Kraków, Poland, or offer hybrid work solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the Product Manager to ensure product development aligns with the overall roadmap and company strategy.
Requirements Gathering: Work closely with finance stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements.
Prioritization: Prioritize development tasks based on business value and strategic importance.
Product Backlog Management: Maintain and manage the product backlog, ensuring a clear, prioritized list of user stories.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external development teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of system enhancements.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that delivered solutions meet quality standards and adhere to best practices.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a strong understanding of IFRS and ensure that systems comply with relevant regulations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including finance teams, IT teams, and external vendors.
Job Requirements:
Extensive experience in finance (e.g., finance systems lead, financial controller, or finance transformation lead), ideally with 5+ years in roles involving financial reporting, consolidation, and treasury.
At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager, successfully managing product backlogs, defining requirements, and delivering system enhancements.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including finance teams (e.g., Group Reporting, Consolidation, Treasury) and collaborating with IT teams or external vendors to implement system solutions.
Proven experience in system transformation projects, focused on improving or modernizing financial systems. This includes hands-on experience in process automation, reducing manual workloads, and optimizing financial workflows.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Swedish is a plus but not required.

We care about diversity, inclusion, and equity in our recruitment processes. We also believe behavioral traits can provide important insights into a candidate's fit to a role.
