Who you are:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead a global D365 ERP implementation in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex ERP programs, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive organizational change. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, overseeing multiple roll-out projects, and ensuring the successful implementation of a template-based Microsoft D365 solution.
About the job:
Program Leadership:
Lead and manage the program roll-out team to ensure the successful implementation of the template-based Microsoft D365 solution throughout the project portfolio.
Develop and maintain a detailed program plan, including milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple roll-out projects.
Facilitate program governance by guiding roll-out projects and leading program steering committees.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with stakeholders and roll-out project managers to ensure effective communication and resource allocation.
Craft and communicate a succinct narrative that explains the importance of the program, including sharing plans, progress, and challenges with stakeholders.
Clarify program objectives and ensure alignment with roll-out teams and partners.
Risk Management:
Efficiently align multifaceted teams and proactively manage issues, risks, and impediments in a timely manner.
Develop a clear view of dependencies and create plans to support well-defined achievements and responsibilities.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all deliverables meet required quality standards and are completed on time.
Secure close and ongoing alignment with the program vision and overall strategy.
What you know:
Skills:
Program Management: Expertise in managing large-scale ERP implementations.
Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, drive collaboration and resolve conflicts.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
Change Management: Experience and understanding of how to drive and manage organizational change related to IT transformation, with a focus on minimizing resistance and maximizing adoption
Experience:
10 - 15 years of experience working on ERP programs.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a full-scale Program Manager role, overseeing ERP implementation and execution.
Proven track record in managing complex ERP programs, preferably with Microsoft D365.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Experience and certification in agile frameworks e.g. SAFe is beneficial.
Education:
B.Tech / B.E in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
PMP certification.
