In this impactful and collaborative role you will play a pivotal role in the innovation, development, and maintenance of our product portfolio. You’ll collaborate with a diverse team of experienced engineers and cross-functional stakeholders, driving projects from concept to launch and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. You’ll collaborate across disciplines and geographies, making a real difference in both immediate projects and long-term innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new ideas and concepts for pump technology, including designs, features, materials, and technical solutions.

  • Initiate and oversee the production of prototypes, samples, and laboratory tests.

  • Present technical solutions internally and to external stakeholders.

  • Lead relationships with external suppliers.

  • Drive the development of new products and services, ensuring alignment with customer needs.

  • Maintain and improve the existing product portfolio, including design changes and support for supply and purchasing activities.

  • Provide technical and claim support, taking ownership of product and component design throughout the lifecycle.

Who You Are and What You Know

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience with product development.

  • Strong experience in pump technologies (hygienic and/or industrial)

  • Solid knowledge of fluid dynamics, manufacturing methods, and product lifecycle management.

  • Proficiency in CAD and PLM systems (NX and Teamcenter preferred)

  • Familiarity with CFD and FEM calculations

  • Self-driven, able to take ownership and responsibility for key product areas with minimal supervision.

  • Team-oriented, with a positive “can-do” attitude and strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Comfortable working in a large, cross-functional, and multinational organization.

  • Fluent in English (Danish is a plus but not required).

Our Team & Culture

You’ll join a diverse team of engineers with mixed level of experience. You’ll have significant freedom to shape your work within your responsibilities. We value collaboration, openness to new ideas, and a positive, solution-oriented approach.
