About the job
Your future colleagues work in different functions within the Business Process Management and Quality, Health, Safety and Environment team. The focus for this position will be to improve the processes and awareness levels on
Health, Safety and Environment in a global setting which covers Denmark and Netherlands. The focus will be on safety culture for both the colleagues working at back-office factories and sites, but also continued improvement in the environmental aspects. You will in this position get the opportunity to support; awareness levels, establish forums, create structures, automate processes, drive campaigns, and establish continuous improvement. All this will be in close collaboration with the QHSE team. The overall goal is to establish and sustain a strong and collaborative health, safety and environmental connection across sites in BU HGS, where we utilize the corporate toolbox, share best practices, and drive global initiatives.

What you know
We expect you to speak and write English fluently, but we are curious to explore different educational backgrounds and areas of specialization. Maybe you are studying a bachelor or master level education within management engineering, marketing and communication, project management or other suitable backgrounds.
