This position will be working in the Distribution Center (DC), following up with spare part for customers all over the world.

About the job

In this position as Technical Quotation Specialist - Parts Detective, you will have a key responsibility in the DC in Tumba. This role focuses on guaranty and on increasing the service level and technical knowledge.

Our customers are spread all over the world. In the role as Parts Detective, you will be an important cooperation partner when it comes to technical questions. One of the main responsibilities of the role is to identify items/spare parts for separators, decanters, freshwater generators and filters etc. Be able to create offers, set prices, and produce alternative solutions when there are no precedents or spare part available.

You are customer oriented and thrive in environments with quick changes. You prefer following systems and processes. You are systematic and a good team player.

What you know

You hold a technical degree or relevant technical experience. Knowledge of mechanical and technical products is required. Experience of Alfa Laval products is preferred.

Proficiency in English is required; Swedish is good to have.
