About the job:
The Warehouse Associate supports with picking and packing materials from both external and internal customers according to production order, feed material to relevant process and ensure the material supply to production line, follow-up and inventory stock.
In this role, you will:
• Picking and packing materials for both external and internal customer.
• Material/Finish goods/Goods picking work from WH according to production order.
• Loading and unloading of goods, quantity and package check.
• Handle incoming inspection activities (GRI) and non-conformity reporting to source.
• Inventory control and reporting, Cycle counting.
• Keep stock in good arrangement, receiving and deliver the raw material, WIP, FG, make sure the stock is correct.
• Execute production work according to ALPS standard and participate in continuously improvements.
ORGANIZATIONAL COMPONENTS
Primary direction received from Team Manager. Must be proactive and independent in warehouse responsibilities and collaborative within department and with other departments/locations in resolving warehouse concerns.

What you know:
You have a High School degree or Equivalent and 4+ years previous warehouse / material handling equipment experience, and:
Computer skills (use of Microsoft Office applications)
Able to multi-task
Have leadership ability

Have high integrity

Self-starter
Team player
Organized
Be: cooperative, flexible and engaged in problem solving & improvement
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS
Ability to lift 60 pounds occasionally
Equipment operation certification (Forklift, Order Picker, Turrett Truck)
Ability to stand for majority of the work day
Environmental Factors (hazardous materials, work location, work surfaces, exposure):
Some hazardous material handling required
Certified in hazardous material handling and shipping required
Teach waste containment of spills and storage of hazardous goods
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Active participation in ALPS
Execute production work with SOP as a base
Lead problem resolution process improvements
Change & update SOP’s
Always consider waste elimination
Perform 5S & Status Board Audits, participate in Safety Walks, and immediately call for TL in case of problems/risks
Responsibility to develop and inform him/herself
49CFR and IATA Shipping Certified
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
Ensure end of day activities are completed as required
Other responsibilities as assigned
