Job Description:
1、负责 ERP（D365）、CRM、Pricing Tool、Customer Portal等关键业务系统的运维与持续优化，保障系统稳定高效运行。收集业务端运维需求，快速响应业务部门在系统使用中的问题。
2、深入营销业务部门（线索、报价、折扣、订单、采购、财务等），与业务骨干及关键用户进行有效沟通
3、参与系统更新需求的变更管理，配合变更管理委员会协助用户UAT测试、保障业务流程端到端可用
4、负责业务系统故障排查（Troubleshooting）、End user supporting。支持业务系统数据及工作流管理，权限管理，参与系统日常运维的相关工作。
Requirements:
- 本科及以上学历，不限专业，5年以上数字化相关工作经验，熟悉软件开发测试与交付流程。具备IT技术背景者优先
- 具备B2B公司Enterprise Solution相关软件业务全流程支持经验，熟悉ERP 系统，CRM客户管理、Pricing定价策略，客户主数据管理等系统逻辑。有Dynamic365,PowerApps Power Automate 等微软系 产品运维支持经验者优先
- 掌握数据库操作，熟悉低代码平台，和数据分析工具，具备独立故障排查能力，有跨国项目经验优先。
- 具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力、需求理解能力与问题分析能力，能精准对接业务需求并转化为系统解决方案。
- 工作认真负责、耐心细致，具备良好的团队协作精神、执行力与抗压能力，能快速响应业务端需求。
- 具备良好的英文读写能力，能查阅英文官方文档、技术资料者优先。
- 具备良好的英文沟通能力，与总部技术支持团队与关键用户顺畅沟通
