About the job
In cooperation with 28 energetic and committed coworkers, your primary role will be to service and support our global customer portfolio with quotations and support. Your daily work will consist of:
Identification of spare parts and components for boilers and burners.
Creation commercial quotations for customers and follow-ups.
Assistance to other Alfa Laval sales offices with to spare parts sales.
Who you are
People describe you as being a team player who want to achieve results through knowledge sharing. You are customer-centric and wants to meet our customer’s high expectations with a focus on high quality and continuous improvements. You take ownership of your assignments in a structured and systematic manner. You have a flexible mindset and are good at seeing possibilities rather than limitations.
What you know
You are used to working with the service and support of customers and B2B sales. You have technical flair and experience within ERP systems. You probably come with a commercial background combined with a few years of experience within the marine industry. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are expected.
