Key Responsibilities:
Drive the continuous development of the connected marine services platform to meet customer needs.
Navigate the complexity of developing new features, adding new applications to the platform, scaling up, while meeting today´s and future customer needs.
Identify and analyze customer requirements to enhance the platform's offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new services and products into the platform.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure our platform remains competitive.
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
Provide training and support for internal teams and customers with new features and services.
Support the team in daily activities, including customer interactions, training sessions, create necessary documentation, and marketing material.
What you know
Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
Knowledge/Experience in the IoT principles (cloud development like Azure, databases, algorithm development, IT security, communication technologies)
Experience with Agile methodologies preferred.
Good communication skills and English language are required.
