Manage forecast consensus activities to support the company’s business objectives by reconciling top-down strategic forecasts with bottom-up input from central, regional and local teams.
Track and analyze global sales performance to identify market trends, opportunities, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
Contribute to strategies and initiatives aimed at optimizing inventory levels while maintaining service level targets and cost efficiency.
Act as a “bridge” and facilitate the dialogue to ensure alignment between Sales and Operations and support the organization in all stages of the Demand Planning process.
Contribute actively to portfolio planning, S&OP governance, performance management, and planning capability development across the organization.
