About the job
• Responsible for executing and providing technical support to customer: commissioning, installing, testing, repairing and maintaining as well as condition monitoring and energy audits on products, modules and systems at customer site.
• Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical problems with application and deep product knowledge on customers site.
• Train customer on the features of products they have purchased.
• Preparation of the service job to execute/resolve at the shortest possible time.
• Follow up on actions and promises made to customers.
• Write advanced (external/internal) service report on site and get it signed by the customer.
• Update service execution IT system with relevant information.
• Report unsafe practices, incidents and work for continuous improvement.
• Capture Installed Base on site and communicate sales opportunities to sales organization.
• Proactive service advice to customers relating to the 360 service portfolio o Execute service in our Service Centres if required.
• Communicate product related change notifications (Service Bulletins).
• Train Field Service engineers in own organization if appointed as trainer or mentor for ALSOC.
• Supervise and oversee service jobs within your scope of expertise.
What you know
·College degree or above, major in Electrical, Marine engineering or related major.
·At least 3 years’ experience in boiler maintenance.
·Good command of spoken & written English.
·Service minded and customer oriented.
·Accept long-term business trips.
