About the Job:
The Industry and Engineering Manager must understand the Brewery Sales Unit’s business and growth strategies and drive this aspect into the development of the engineering organization with a priority on global execution, general competence development, footprint development, and cost competitiveness. Your key tasks are:
Manages, develops, and inspires the Brewery Engineering team located in Søborg.
Drive portfolio development from an industry perspective.
Coordinate industry standards and best practices across the industry network.
Ensures excellent cross-functional collaboration within the Brewery engineering network across sites.
Resource management and forecasting, including distributing project work and other tasks to employees.
Sales support to the Sales Units concerning quotations.
Follow up on operational business aspects, including topics like time schedules, financial results, and project quality for the local engineering department, including running local project reviews.
Captures feedback from customers on plant reliability and improvement ideas that could potentially improve our future designs.
Ensures a business culture with a high level of customer centricity, being flexible to support customers with prompt and accurate information.
This position is based at our Søborg office in Copenhagen, with an expected travel commitment of approximately 25 -35 days per year.
Your Qualifications:
You must bring a strong combination of technical expertise and leadership experience to succeed in this role. You have:
A degree in engineering, preferably in chemical, mechanical, or brewing technology.
Process engineering experience from project execution, preferably within the brewery industry.
Several years of proven management experience, ideally in a global matrix organization with different cultures.
A structured, business-oriented mindset and a strong ability to collaborate across functions and cultures.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
