We are currently seeking an OtC Intern to join Paulina's team in Poland. Your misson : supporting daily operations and month end closing activities within accounts receivable team.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Support daily OTC operations, including cash application, invoicing, and customer account management.
Support month-end closing activities, including reconciliation of accounts.
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the OTC cycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ensure 100% data accuracy in all applied system.
About you :
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Fluent in Polish (both spoken and written).
English at a communicative level to interact with international teams and stakeholders.
Paid internship for a period of 6 months on contract of mandate.
Office location – Przybyszewskiego 56, Bronowice, Kraków.
