About the job
As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and supporting the daily operations of a machining team. You will have the opportunity to lead by example, drive performance, and ensure safety, quality, and delivery standards are met, contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization. This is an on-site opportunity located in Greenwood, IN.

As a part of the team, you will:
• Coordinate and support the daily work of the team/shift
• Monitor processes and performance, and act as a link between the team, support functions, and supervisor
• Train and coach team members, ensuring SOPs are followed and competence gaps are closed
• Drive continuous improvement, waste elimination, and maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping
• Support operators with problem-solving and ensure quality control and timely job completion
• Manage documentation including JOT inspection forms, job photos, SWAY reports, and system updates

What you know:
You have a High School diploma or GED equivalent, and:
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing, job shop, or customer service environment
• Experience with Lean & 5S principles, technical and practical knowledge of machining processes
• Strong coordination, communication, and training skills
