About the Role
As a Sales Specialist for Evaporation Systems, your focus will be on expanding our presence in Europe, with special focus short to mid-term on Italy, France, and Poland. You will promote and develop the sales of Evaporation Systems within the Food and Water industries, collaborating closely with regional sales teams. Drawing from your expertise in product, system, and application knowledge, you will play a key role in creating competitive offers, supported by a global team of sales and engineering specialists.
Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Motivating, coordinating, and supporting regional sales teams.
Creating competitive proposals based on technical designs from the Global Technology Team.
Representing Alfa Laval’s evaporation systems in customer interactions, industry events, and online platforms.
Providing product and process training for sales representatives and agents.
Participating in customer audits and building lasting relationships.

What you know
Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Proven sales experience in complex process solutions and project sales, preferably in the food industry.
Strong consultative approach and communication skills.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Italian, French, or Polish is a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of long-term business development and technical challenges.
Experienced with CRM systems and managing long sales cycles (12–18 months).
Comfortable in cross-cultural, global team environments.
