About the job

The main purpose of this position is to act as final line of support for technical queries and claims for our Master channels, Key partner and Sales Companies across the globe.

As Global Technical Support Specialist HEX & EVS will be responsible for:

• Support of technical issues related to Industrial Heat Exchangers and Evaporation Systems for our Food & Pharma customers (BU WIFH).
• Effective communication - discuss the complex technical issues & train colleagues in sales companies and sales channels with customer focus mindset.
• Networking – Create and maintain effective network with different departments (R&D, Product Management, Production, Quality, relevant BUs) and coordinate with them to timely and effectively respond to market technical requests.
• Digitalization: Effectively contribute towards the digitalization initiatives to improve the quality of technical service management systems
• Quoting specially engineered products, identification of spare parts, support on product documentation & regulations.
• Support to claim handling department in investigation of technical claims.

The position will be based in Lund, Sweden. We expect travel activity to be approximately 20 days a year.

What You Bring

• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Food, or Process Engineering.
• 3 years of experience in a related industry.
• Preferably, experience in process engineering, design, installation, commissioning, or maintenance in different type of industries.
• Ideally, experience with Heat Exchangers or Evaporation Systems in any type of industries.
