About the job

1. Order Acknowledge Management.

2. Cost follow up and deliveries from the factories

3. Order Backlog follow up.

4. Close the order and invoicing.

5. Customer support and respond during the process: order status, delivery date, with speed.

What you know

Knowledge:

·ERP System knowledge Dynamic 365 is preferred.

·Product & business knowledge, marine background is an advantage.

·Commercial/logistics/supply chain work experience is an advantage.

·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level.

Skills:

·Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.

·Computer skills, incl. effective Microsoft office skills.

·Good Interpersonal and communication skills.

·Selling skills and is preferable.

Attitude:

·Customer-orientation and effective communication.

·Willingness to understand the needs and demand from internal & external customers.
