Iterating on design solutions based on user feedback and usability testing.
Collaborating closely with product owners, developers, and engineers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
Supporting design strategy and contributing to the development and maintenance of design systems.
Participating in user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Staying up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Actively developing both technical and soft skills, with a strong focus on collaboration, feedback, and continuous learning.
Who are you
You are a self-motivated and versatile designer with a strong interest in creating pioneering, user-centered solutions. You are creative, empathetic, and have strong problem-solving skills. You are comfortable working in a cross-cultural and cross-disciplinary environment. You are open-minded, a team player, and have a high level of attention to detail.
What you know
We believe you have:
A university degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
5+ years working with design systems or UI/UX for complex applications (industrial/HMI is a plus).
Strong Figma skills (component libraries, system structuring).
Solid understanding of usability/accessibility (colour contrast, touch interfaces, WCAG).
