About the job

As our new Technical Writer your main responsibility is to develop and maintain customer documentation / manuals. Your tasks include:

• Develop customer documentation for new product development.
• Maintain and improve existing customer documentation.
• Describing technical information to the relevant target audience.
• Develop documentation using CMS/CCMS.
• Coordinate with relevant engineering functions to review or give input/feedback to documentation.
• Continuously improving ways of working.                                                                 

What you know

While your educational background is of secondary importance to us, we do expect you to have a couple of years of experience in a similar position and have a technical interest. Ideally, 3-5 years in technical communication or worked in similar roles. We expect you to have some knowledge about documenting technical subjects to technical audiences and it is an advantage if you know CCMS/CMS.

As part of a global organization, speaking and writing English is a prerequisite.

Practicalities

This role will be based in Aalborg in Denmark.
