What's the job ?
Business Unit Water, Industrial Flow and Heat Transfer Technologies (BU WIFH) is seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to champion our heat exchanger, evaporation system, and industrial flow solutions portfolio.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you play a key role in driving our industrial food business forward by adopting a market- and customer-oriented approach. Your mission is to bridge market insights and customer needs with innovative product strategies, ensuring our offerings are not only technically advanced but also powerfully positioned and differentiated in the marketplace.
Key responsibilities
• Product positioning & messaging:
Own and develop differentiated positioning and messaging for current and new products/portfolio, including value propositions, benefits, personas, features, USPs, and sales enablement toolkits.
• Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy:
Lead the GTM strategy for key product lines (e.g., heat exchangers, evaporation systems, industrial flow equipment, etc.), ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
• Product launches:
Plan, execute, and monitor successful product and service launches in collaboration with key markets and customers.
• Sales enablement:
Develop and deliver sales enablement materials to empower the sales & service team with the knowledge and tools needed to win in the market.
• Content & campaign management:
Drive the creation and performance of content, events, and campaigns (online and offline) to support product and portfolio objectives.
• Market & customer insights:
Gather and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform product strategy and marketing initiatives.
• Cross-functional collaboration:
Work with the Food & Pharma Division Marketing team and other service providers to leverage expertise and resources for maximum impact.
• Performance monitoring:
Regularly review and report on the effectiveness of launches, campaigns, and strategic initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
In this role you will report to the Head of Marketing, BU WIFH and you will be located in Lund (Sweden) or Soborg (Denmark). Approximately 20-30 days travel / year will be expected in this role.

• Ability to translate technical features into customer-focused messaging.
• Strong project management and cross-functional skills.
• Fluent in English.
