About the job
Alfa Laval is a global brand with a huge presence worldwide. Alfa Laval’s role is to work with main contractors to install our in house manufactured equipment into a customer’s process. The scope of work can vary but mostly involves seeing a project move through: Design – Manufacture - Installation – Commissioning.
This role is a Business Placement year ( sandwich year summer '25- summer '26). The role will be based at our offices in Keele University where we have recently established a modern work setting to support the execution of our projects. The role will be to work alongside and support an already established project team. To learn and understand the fundamentals of project delivery in a structured environment as well as exposure to business to business operational functions.
As the year placement progresses the candidate will have the ability to grow and focus their own workload with a view of being able to execute a project autonomously.
