About the job

As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in order handling. You will have the opportunity to be the first line of support to our customers, ensuring a timely response and superior customer experience to all order inquiries to exceed customer expectations, contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization. Currently, this is an opportunity located in Greenwood, IN.

As a part of the team, you will:

• Manually complete Customer Order entries
• Conduct Order confirmation (Customer and supplier order)
• Facilitate order changes (Customer and supplier order)
• Provide updates on order status
• Proactively order follow-up based on local reports / tasks
• Obtain and facilitate shipping instructions
• Obtain and provide standard order and shipping documentation
• Ensure proper routing of escalations in Service Now to the correct departments
• Support / drive continuous improvements activities identified and prioritized in the cell

• Working with customers or suppliers
• Speaking and writing both the local language and English

• Handle customer requests in a speedy manner
