VACANCY FOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - IoT

The position / About the Job:
As Software Development Manager - IoT, you will be responsible for
Team Leadership: Grow, mentor and lead a high-performing software development team
Talent Acquisition: Identify and recruit top talent to expand the software development team
Employee Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team
Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, ensuring best practices in software design, coding, and testing
Collaboration: Work closely with HR, recruitment teams, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of new members into the IoT team
Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IoT and software development, and drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team
Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, customers and partners to align on team growth and development goals
Knowledge:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field).
Skills:
Experience: 7-15 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python or similar. Experience in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS and frameworks like Angular or React. Knowledge of data analytics tools and platforms such as SQL, Hadoop, Spark or similar.
Experience with IoT platforms and technologies is a plus
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build and lead a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
Attitude:
Structured and systematic approach.
Orientation on high quality and standards of work results.
Team player with good communication and negotiation skills.
Eager to share knowledge and experience with others.
Customer-orientation and effective in cooperation.
Self-driven and responsible also for others.
