Graduate Trainee Engineer Program
Our people play a vital role in driving our strategies. Every year we induct young, bright, curious, and exceptionally talented minds into our team through the “Alfa Laval Young Talent Program” to help us drive our business strategies. Some of such talents have also taken up some key roles (basis requirement and performance evaluation) in the organization post-completion of their traineeship.
This year we would like to associate with you for Graduate Engineer Trainees under our “Alfa Laval Young Talent Program”. These GET’s will be engaged for a period of one year. The 12-month program consists of a variety of meaningful assignments and projects for the Business Units in the company. These assignments will include exposure to business development, project management, product application, and services with a focus on on-the-job training experience that is able to groom and build a strong engineering foundation for the graduate within Alfa Laval.
