Early career program 

We offer a variety of assignments, projects with a focus on on-the-job training experience that is able to groom and build a strong foundation and network for the graduate within Alfa Laval.  This early career program gives you a deep immersion into the markets, product solutions, and tools needed for success at Alfa Laval. If you are a fresh graduate or within 1-2 year work experience, this program might be just what you’re looking for. You’ll get the support you need to leverage innovative technologies, gain access to extensive experience, and build network in an international and cross-cultural environment.

Internships

Alfa Laval Internship Program is aimed at those who are studying in their second or third year. The program is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience from a world-leading company during your studies.
