Trainee Program

If you’re ready to get hands-on experience working on solutions that directly impact climate change and drive the technological transformation, then the Alfa Laval Trainee Program is for you. This is a 14-month experience for recent master’s graduates that includes working with multiple business areas designed to help you develop and strengthen your knowledge and skills while building a successful career with Alfa Laval. You’ll get the support you need to leverage innovative technologies, gain access to extensive energy experience, and help achieve an ambitious strategy to drive the transition.

Talent Program

Alfa Laval Talent Program is aimed at those who are studying the second or third year. The program is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience from a world-leading company during your studies. As a participant you have a supervisor throughout the period, summer jobs every summer and you also do your Master Thesis with us.

Alfa Laval Students

Join our student network to bridge the gap between your studies and the industry. Members of the student network will be arranged sessions with industry experts talking about different topics. You will have higher chances of networking with employees from Alfa Laval and will also be first in line to activities arranged and jobs available for Students.
