This is a 14-month experience for recent master’s graduates that includes working with multiple business areas designed to help you develop and strengthen your knowledge and skills while building a successful career with Alfa Laval. You’ll get the support you need to leverage innovative technologies, gain access to extensive energy experience, and help achieve an ambitious strategy to drive the transition.

Talent Program
Alfa Laval Talent Program is aimed at those who are studying the second or third year. The program is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience from a world-leading company during your studies. As a participant you have a supervisor throughout the period, summer jobs every summer and you also do your Master Thesis with us.
