If you're ready to get hands-on experience working on solutions that directly impact climate change and drive the technological transformation, then the Alfa Laval Trainee Program is for you. This is a 2-year experience for recent master's graduates that includes working with multiple business areas designed to help you develop and strengthen your knowledge and skills while building a successful career with Alfa Laval. You'll to get the support you need to leverage innovative technologies, gain access to extensive energy experience, and help achieve an ambitious strategy to drive the transition.
