Graduate Trainee Program

You are a self-motivated team player with the ability to easily network in an international and cross-cultural environment, working in line with Alfa Laval drivers; Action, Interaction, and Satisfaction.  If the above sounds like you, this graduate trainee program might be just what you’re looking for!  The 12-month program consists of a variety of meaningful assignments and projects for the Business Units in the company.  These assignments will include exposure in business development, project management, product application, services with a focus on on-the-job-training experience that is able to groom and build a strong engineering foundation for the graduate within Alfa Laval.  At the completion of the program, the graduates may be re-designated to a permanent functional role in the home country and thereafter continuing his/her journey.

Internships

Alfa Laval Internship Program is aimed at those who are studying in their second or third year. The program is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience from a world-leading company during your studies.
