Join Blue Ripples

You don’t need a certain follower count or experience level to join Blue Ripples.
Just curiosity and willingness to share your knowledge and stories in posts that your network can learn from or be inspired by.

Time and Resources
We aim to make participation as easy as possible, but ambassadors will need to invest a small amount of time, about 1-2 hours per month, naturally in agreement with their leader.

Next step

After you sign up, you will be invited for a kick-off webinar and we will make sure to get you up and running smoothly.

Let's make ripples!

The term Employee advocacy (EA) refers to employees being active ambassadors for their company while showcasing their own expertise.

Blue Ripple is an initiative that encourages and empowers Alfa Laval employees to share company news, industry insights, and their own professional experiences on social media, primarily LinkedIn. It helps us strengthen our employer brand while enabling you to grow your personal professional network.

We believe our employees are our best ambassadors. When you share your experiences and insights, it provides an authentic view of what it's like to work at Alfa Laval. This helps us attract top talent, build trust with customers, and strengthen our position as an industry leader.

You will probably experience that content and training is focused on three selected segments here in the beginning: Engineering and blue-collar, but the program is open to all employees.

No, participation is completely voluntary. We want you to share content because you are proud of your work and want to engage with your network, not because you feel obligated.
